General Responsibilities
The Branch Administrator’s responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to the organization and is responsible for time sensitive material.


Detailed Responsibilities

  • File Sales Orders into monthly customer files and purchase order files on a tri-monthly basis.
  • Write Purchase Orders for office and shop items to be purchased and organize the appropriate invoices to send in to Central Administration.
  • Address any property damage due to delivery issues and organize all issues into a spreadsheet.
  • Coordinate with both Commercial CSR and Commercial Manager to retain any freight invoices in a timely manner.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Enter branch expenses into tracking system.
  • Organize company policies and procedures for easy access by branch team.

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Familiar with a variety of the office administrative concepts, practices and procedures
  • Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English; Spanish is a plus
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to attend work on a regular basis and to work extended hours when required
