We are now hiring Healthcare Customer Service Representatives (Bilingual Vietnamese-English and Remote work from home) for one of our clients in Orlando, Florida.
Job Overview
- Answer incoming customer calls
- Provide a great customer service experience
- Conduct research and resolve customer issues
Requirements
- You must be able to speak fluent Vietnamese and English
- You must have at least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You must have a high speed internet connection that's preferably hardwired (>25mbps speed)
