We are now hiring Healthcare Customer Service Representatives (Bilingual Vietnamese-English and Remote work from home) for one of our clients in Orlando, Florida.


Job Overview

  • Answer incoming customer calls
  • Provide a great customer service experience
  • Conduct research and resolve customer issues



  • You must be able to speak fluent Vietnamese and English
  • You must have at least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting
  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • You must have a high speed internet connection that's preferably hardwired (>25mbps speed)
