Located in Macon, GA -  Relocation Support Available

Pay Range $60,000-$70,000 annually.

We are looking to add an experienced Executive Chef to lead our catering and residential dining culinary programs in Macon, GA. 

This culinary leader's role will include VIP catering menu planning, conference center culinary oversight, food forward presentation skills, client interaction, food prep, inventory management, purchasing, food & labor costing, scheduling, safety/sanitation, and employee training.

What you'll be doing:

• Supervise the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
• Develop standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
• Participate in the planning and execution of catering and residential dining services and events.
• Lead, train, and develop the culinary team and frontline service staff.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in Catering and High-Volume Operations
• At least three years of progressive culinary experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
• Experience with budget statements. 

Compensation

$60,000-$70,000 annually
